its coming up on draft season and im getting worried. The colts future is one thing that you'll hear a lot of ppl in the sports world taking about. We've fired our GM, we're up in the air on whether or not we're keeping our head coach Jim Caldwell, and the biggest thing of all... will we continue with Peyton Manning.
Here are a few scenarios for the Colts:
- We keep Manning, forego the #1 pick and continue on as we've done in the past.
- Keep Manning, draft Luck and train him under Manning until he retires and the make Luck the new face of our franchise.
- Manning retires/doesn't play for the Colts anymore, we draft Luck and he fills the shoes in a way this franchise really needs.
- We draft Robert Griffin III aka RG3*
*lol...nah we wont draft him.
The Colts CEO Jim Isray is remodeling the team in a huge way. Our GM Bill Polian was recently let go, Jim Caldwell could possibly be let go as well. Peyton's health is another major factor that will impact our team as a whole. We've seen what can happen without him for a season... and without the proper training of a new QB I don't wanna see what can happen without him forever. March 8th is the day that Isray will decide whether or not Manning's health is good enough to continue with the Colts for a couple more seasons (also my bday lol.).
Im just worried about the future of the Colts because as everybody knows this is my favorite team, and Peyton is also my favorite, but I wont be super worried until it gets closer to draft time.
